Rihanna Inspired...

F21 Jeans~Shoe Land heels~Guess top~clutch (bought on the streets of NYC one summer)F21 accessories

I absolutely love this look on Rihanna. Rihanna is one of my fashion icons and when I saw this look I knew I could pull it off without being to edgy or out there. I love this casual simple look, and lately I've been loving more casual chic looks and I'm realizing that all trends don't necessarily mean I can pull them off. I'm now going with what works for my body and not what's in. For me that's one of the great things about blogging you get to find yourself or even better yourself :) Hope you guys love the pictures. Did I pull it off?

xoxo,

I totally agree with you. I don't follow trends. One because you end up spending too much money, Two the trend doesn't mean you look good in. And three how likely are you going to wear it again. Blogging do help you find your style. I think you found yours.

You look really nice. You pulled off the look quite well and you did it your way. So casual, yet pulled together. I'm loving the zippers at the ankle. That is such a flashback to my Guess stonewashed jeans of the past. SUPER cute!

I am the same way. I have never been one to follow fashion trends. Everything doesn't look good on everyone and sometimes for me, are not really age appropriate. I do what looks good on me and that always tends to be more classic looks with a touch of edge.
You look great!Keep it coming.
